Al Rabie Mango Juice Chilled Soup with Green Chili and King Prawns

Instructions

1. Stir Al Rabie Mango juice with Al Rabie Pineapple juice in a pot. Blend the fresh mango and pineapple cubes and mix it together. Bring the water with sugar and cinnamon to boil and reduce to syrup. Mix the syrup with the juice and fruits. Mix together and keep it in the fridge.

2. Meanwhile marinate the king prawns with salt & pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped ginger and garlic. Add the chili and the marinated prawns. Arrange the cold mango soup in a plate and place the cooked prawns and chili nicely in the cold soup.
