Peach, Lime & Chili Salad with fresh Dressing & Al Rabie Apple juice
Instructions
1. Whisk Al Rabie Apple Juice, oil and Honey in a jug until well combined.
2. Use a zester, or a vegetable peeler and a small sharp knife, to remove the rind from 1 lime. Holding the remaining lime over a large bowl to catch any juice, use a sharp knife to cut along either side of the white membrane to remove the segments.
3. Arrange peach, lime rind, lime segments, cherry tomatoes, avocado and chili on a large serving platter. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

• Honey: 20g
• Ginger grated: 10g
• Lime Juice: 10ml
