Al Rabie Apple Juice Linguini Pasta with Celery Root Cream and Smoked Turkey

Instructions

1. Heat the olive oil in a heavy based saucepan and sauté the red onion and the chopped garlic, add the celery root and the potato and sauté for 5 min. until it's soft.

2. Add the chicken stock, Al Rabie Apple Juice and the cream, simmer and reduce. Meanwhile bring water to boil and add salt and pasta, cook until the pasta is Al dente. When the pasta is cooked, heat a pan with oil and sauté the smoked turkey until its crispy. Add the apples and some onion and sauté until the apples are soft. Add the cooked pasta and the celery cream. Arrange nicely on a plate and garnish with some fresh chopped parsley.
