Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. has signed an agreement revolving around the development of the Saudi Youth competencies with SABIC. The agreement’s objective is to provide proper training for newly graduate Saudis (males & females) as a prelude to training them in Al Rabie by teaching them the appropriate skills to develop their capabilities and by providing them with experience and practical knowledge within a professional work environment during the training period that extends to seven months, so that they become qualified to indulge in the labor market.

Dr. Jarrah Jarrah, COO of Al Rabie Saudi Foods Co. represented the company in signing the agreement, where this initiative conforms to the strategic initiatives of  Al Rabie to motivate and qualify the national youth in line with the major ambitions of KSA within the 2030 vision.
